Built around a core of Welding capability, our 47,000 sqft. facility is fully vertically integrated. From Laser cutting and punching to the final assembly of parts, we have in-house capability to perform most operations internally thus competitively.

We are certified ISO 9001-2000 and W47.1 and W47.2 (W59) by the Canadian Welding Bureau. We also work in accordance to AWS.
Our engineering team is involved from the beginning of a project both on planning and tooling design to ensure on time delivery of quality products.
With 15,000 sq ft of dedicated space for Assembly, we are flexible for contract manufacturing and organized for long term contracts. From kitting of parts and small mechanical assembly to complex projects requiring inventory control and project management, we have the capability.
Our comprehensive finishing capability is based around two paint lines. A liquid paint and a power coating line. Both line have a dedicated curing oven and use the same aluminum or steel pre-treatment stations.
Our core business is metal transformation, using CNC controlled cutting, Bending and machining equipment, we start the process the right way for our welding team to produce quality parts efficiently. With 15 welding stations both on MIG, TIG and spot welding, we work on several type of material: Mostly Steel (low and high alloy), aluminum and stainless steel.
