With 15,000 sq ft of Assembly area and the required resources both on the procurement and on the project management side. we supply complete product from assemblies numbering a few sub-assembly to several hundred parts. From procurement, inventory management and manufacturing to just in time deliveries. We are experienced in several type of products:

~ Hood

We manufacture, on just in time basis, complete hood assemblies for Komatsu’s Candiac Wheel loader Assembly plant. Delivered in 3 different models at a rate of up to 5 a day. The hood are made of a mix of approximately 400 parts, ranging in nature from bolts and nuts, Isolation, wiring harness to the metal assembly manufactured here. They are delivered directly to the Loader assembly line.
